In EDT emulator, allow updating of menu-bar Buffers menu.

* lisp/emulation/edt.el (edt-default-menu-bar-update-buffers)
(edt-user-menu-bar-update-buffers): New functions.
(edt-default-emulation-setup, edt-user-emulation-setup): Use them.
